More on the recovery;

I saw the doctor on february 14th and he discharged me and told me to take it easy for one more month, that will be very hard to do as i am feeling back to normal as far as my range of motion goes but not my strength. I am going up on the incline dumbell bench press a mere five pounds a week and plan on staying on that route until the end of march where i should have enough time and therapy in to start to accelerate my weights regarding my chest workouts. The rest of my body i  have been training pretty hard against the advice of my doctor as well as those at the gym more experienced than i, but i do not want to be too far behind when summer comes and as soon as i am able will be quickly packing the muscle on once again and incline benching as normal, with caution, of course. I can say this, i will most likely never bench press again and if i do it will be for variety and with light weights. Inclines and declines will have to do and they have been good to me in the past. As for now i am trying to get ready for an upcoming cruise vacation to the western carribbean with tons of cardio and a fast paced workout style, if i can't be big i will be cut and at least look pretty good for the vacation. I will keep you posted on my progress and time goes bye and remember....train hard and smart!
