The Road To Pittsburgh-Part 1;

Everything that my training partner,ted, and i do now is with a laser like focus on the national show coming up in july in pittsburgh.We have until may to put on as much mass as humanily possible before we begin the pre cutting cycle on may 1st and then the final twelve weeks before the show is an all out assault to get ted as shredded and vascular as humanily possible! Of course, i cannot give all of the secrets away, but i will give you enough information to enable anyone to start down the road to getting a better body as well as transforming their own body into something they've never dreamed possible! Getting into the best shape of one's life is never easy and it takes much time,consistency,determination, and dedication among other virtues, but it is well worth it in the end! I hope that i am able to convey to you the passion and love that we have for the sport of bodybuilding and weightlifting as well as powerlifting and of course all of these mixed together make up what we call "powerbodybuilding".I will touch upon the diet, training, and the wonderful people that contribute on a daily basis to ted's success in the gym. Come back each week for an update right here on my powerbodybuilding blog,until then,train hard and smart!

Powerbodybuilding results!

This is a picture of a training partner of mine where i employed my brand of powerbodybuilding into his training, so much so that it allowed him to enter a competition back in late 2005 and come home with five trophies! He also qualified to compete in a national show which we will be going to in pittsburgh in july of 2006.I will keep you informed on his progress and the outcome of the show.I think anyone would agree that powerbodybuilding works and we managed to put on a lot of quality muscle to his frame in a short amount of time to get him ready for the show last year.Keep in mind also that diet had a lot to do with his success.After over eight months of powerbodybuilding with me, "ted" went to train with another training partner to get him ready for the show which allowed him to come in very shredded and vascular.Although he gained a lot of weight during the time spent with me, his diet was not out of control for the most part, he still kept a close eye on his carbs., fat, and protein intakes as to not gain too much "bad" weight.In other words, just because someone is in the "offseason" does not give that person a green light to eat all of the crap under the sun!Remember you cannot flex fat, no matter how hard you try! I will keep you posted on future developments on our road to the pittsburgh nationals!Until then train hard and smart!
