On the back page of a publication sent to me called 'muscle and body', this article happened to be there and i wanted to share it with all of you who have been in the bodybuilding and weightlifting world for a while. Those of you that have been reading the muscle mags are no stranger to this name but those of you that are new to the world of old bodybuilding legends, will want to get acquainted with this man! Not only was and is he a great bodybuilder of his time but he was also a great powerlifter and held his own in the world of strong man competitions.
