Pittsburgh Master's nationals picture;

Ted is at approximately five percent bodyfat here, if not a little less than that. Weighing around two hundred and thirty pounds he was one of the smaller competitors in the superheavyweight division. The difference between him and the rest of the competitors in his class was conditioning. He was the best conditioned, meaning that he followed glen's diet extremely strictly and came in extremely striated and vascular, more so than anyone else in his class. The only shortfall is the fact that he needs to add some solid muscle to his frame and an even ten to fifteen pounds should do the trick. If ted goes into the next show in two thousand and eight that much heavier and maintains the condidioning pictured, i think he has a good chance of bringing home a pro-card! Regardless, we are going to train as hard as humanly possible and as usual leave no stone unturned and be ready for any competitior that shows up.Please stay tuned for more pictures.
