Supplements;

I was reading a review of a fat loss product that i was using over the summer on a site that i normally order it from and the review was let's just say very unflattering about the product. The impression i got of the person that wrote the review was one of high expectations. The person seemed to me to be expecting the fat loss product to do the work of diet and exercise, the person, in my opinion, gave an unfair review of the product, stating that she has been taking weight loss diet pills for years and this product did nothing for her. Could it be that after all those years of taking diet pills that she built up a tolerance and her body no longer is able to process any diet pills she consumes. Is it possible she was expecting to sit on the couch with a bag of potato chips and pop a diet pill and expect to loose all the fat on her body without diet and exercise! I tried to make the point to her that i will try to get across to you. The reason these products are called supplements is because they are just that, SUPPLEMENTS, meaning they supplement proper diet and exercise, not take the place of it! If anyone finds a pill that will make the body do all that it wants regarding fat loss and muscle size then by all means contact me through my e-mail under my profile, i will be second in line to take it, but i seriously doubt one exists! Please remember, nothing takes the place of good old hard work when it comes to weightlifting, there is no substitute for diet and exercise, only supplements will augment what you are already are doing! So train hard and smart and leave supplements where they belong, to supplement the hard training and dieting, not take its place, there is no easy way to accomplish your goals in this sport, believe me i looked and continue to do so, i will let you know if i find anything! And you let me know if you find anything!
